If I was you, I would pull him to the side ans let him know if he ever needs to talk you are there for him.

With a sexy pair of legs like yours, I would leave the mentoring to a male teacher who is straight and married. Don't want to read about you in the papers being accused of any sexual advances toward a minor.

If you're not close to the kid at all then I don't think your trying to help him is likely to make a difference. Perhaps try to make the other teachers more aware and tolerant and if there IS a teacher who is closer to him - talk to them about it?
