The most you can do is soak it in water then put a hat-stretcher http://www.simplyoz.com/products/hats/accessories/hat_stretcher in it until it dries. OR you can just use a hat-stretcher for a milder effect. The drawbacks to doing this tho would be stretch marks.
YES! Just pull the inner layer out and make slits into it. I made only 2 slits into the inside of my hat and now I can wear it again! I cut the slits near the back of the hat so that they were not visible. Works great and looks normal. Enjoy! Ezery Kennedy Fresno, CA
You could try stuffing it with damp screwed up newspaper overnight. It works with shoes.
