  • Probably would have problems sleeping. The only way to know your individual reaction is to keep track; I usually need six hours after the last cup, but other people report no effect on their sleep at all--and if I'm really tired, I'll sleep right after a cup.
  • It's possible that you could sleep with no trouble, but it depends on how you deal with coffee, how strong it is, how much you have, the time you usually sleep, how tired you are and probably other things. I've already had coffee at about midnight and slept perfectly well during final exams, and also had stronger coffee at about noon and stayed up all night, so it really could be either.
