Yes- it's a pale blue.

Yes. It is a blue/green colour: on a computer monitor is it actually a mix of blue and green. It is most commonly used in printing. If you look at the edges of newspapers or packaging, you will sometimes see test patches of the four ink colours used in printing: Magenta, cyan, yellow and black. On this set of colour bars, cyan is beteeen red and green: http://privatewww.essex.ac.uk/~sjs/research/colour_bars.png&imgrefurl=http://privatewww.essex.ac.uk/~sjs/research/colour_test_images.html&h=512&w=512&sz=1&hl=en&start=2&sig2=C5-cNT6KKYooO7od_gwccQ&tbnid=K5q2yg-PJ7u0ZM:&tbnh=131&tbnw=131&ei=zmGoR-aBM4mGxAHjuN3ZAg&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dcolour%2Bbars%26gbv%3D2%26hl%3Den%26safe%3Doff%26sa%3DG
