Your mind? lol... I suppose you mean weight? I don't know, depends how much you weigh now, but if you lose 2000 calories from your diet and it was an unhealthy one, then good for you! Just don't go all Size Zero on us OK????? ok.... ;P

To lose 1 pound, you must burn 3500 excess calories (500 calories per day over the course of a week). 500 x 7 = 3500 200x7=1400 Thats rougly a little less than half of 3500. So my best bet would be that you would lose about 1/2 pound per week or 3-4 pounds a month.
