Well, it certainly isn't fun if I don't give out points! I give points out because people deserve them. They've earned it in such a way--from writing a great answer or asking an provocative question. They have grabbed my attention in some way and therefore, my points go to them.

I give points for good questions. For questions I answer. For good answers. To help undo undeserved DRs. For answers to questions I as. For answers the question asker doesn't point.

I give points for just about every question I open, to those who have answered that question, to my friends questions and answers. I give points to everyone. I have an unlimited supply. Many times I use up all the points I have to give to my friends.

I give points if i believe the question or answers is a good one for discussion or pondering..but for Plaigh I just like to give her a point or two. Lol
