    The AWD system can have terrible effects if tire pressure or suspension is off even a little because of the power going to all the wheels. tire wear can be extreeme if the alighnment is not right on and the driveability can be impared by just the wrong tires. AWD is for Dirt and Snow and if you make sure the system is working properly then it should be fine, ther are special fluids that control the AWD and that is the most important thing to Maintain. correct maintainance is the most important ting in a car like this.
