I am on a liquid diet and I heard there is a product that you can buy to liquefy any type of food. What is this?

    There are products that can help thicken liquids and add nutritional content, byt there are also some foods that are not created to be liquified. Can they be? yes, is it worth the effort? Not always.

    Apple and pear juices are frequently added to aid in liquification, other good choices would be broths (for meats) and vegetables that would compliment or enhance the flavors of foods.

    Experience has shown me that things like peanutbutter are best left alone, or thinned with oil, such as unflavored peanut oil.

    What ever you try, do it in small amounts first and experiment with things such as extra virgin oilve iols, that are healthy emulsifients as well as beef, chicken and vegetable broths.
