Are you asking about AB or YouTube confirmation? If AB, as soon as you sign up, an email should be sent with a link for you to click. When you do, you will be brought to AB, and another email sent telling you your account is verified. If not, send an email about your problem to the admins. Actually, I hope your confirmed, and have been bagging for some time, now. ;-)
