A sure fire pleaser is for the woman in his life to wear something provocative, maybe something he has said he would like to see her in (even if he said it half jokingly( because he probably wasn't)) like lingerie and then present her self as the gift. I could unwrap my wife every day forever and be just as exited as the first.

Even if you are not, its the thought that you did something with his heart in mind. I'm attempting a cappuccino Fudge Cheesecake for my boyfriend of a year now. If you absolutely don't like cooking. Go for a hike in your nearest city or backcountry park. Do a picnic (as long as its warm). My boyfriend loves picnics! As long as you have each other's arms wrapped around you, anything you do will put butterflies in his stomache. Just like the first time he met you!

Although I place minimal importance on Valentine's day, I have always liked the gift of a heartfelt message, like a card, poem, letter, etc. Objects tend to lose meaning over time, but capturing your feelings so a guy can go back and read it whenever he wants is something very valuable.
