Ford F150 4x4 like a tank in the snow

Audi 5000 1984-1991 model (Audi 100).

1987 Toyota Corolla. It was too light too build up much momentum and therefore did not require as much lateral grip to maintain directional control. In the unlikely circumstances that I DID get it to slide, it did so neutrally (neither spin nor push) and could easily be re-balanced with throttle modulation to rotate/straighten the car at will. For the record, the worst was a '93 Taurus followed closely my a '91 Regal.

I've only driven 5 cards in the snow. The best was my 2002 Honda CRV.

Chevy Blazer 4x4

I borrowed a Jeep Cherokee 4X4 during a recent blizzard and loved it. I never felt like I was out of control, and I knew that it was pretty unlikely that I'd get myself mired badly enough that I couldn't get out. Unlike my Saturn SL1 and my wife's Honda Accord, which were both snowbound for three days.

My Audi A6 - I love it in the winter :)
-
Ford F250. (not mine)
-
A SUS-V. Its a cool little contraption quite like a tank but cooler. It's made for troop carrying in the snow, sand or woods. pretty cool.

My vehicle is not an suv, not a 4-wheel drive, not a snow plow, its............... A Toyota Solara. this is a car. A car that has taken me up steep, icy hills and snowy back trails. no problem here. My Solara snubs its tires at a snow plow as we pass by. I only wish i had a brand new one, just like the one i now own.

A Volkswagen Beetle (an old one from the 70's). Everyone else would be stranded in the worst blizzard imaginable, and no one would be moving at all, but I'd make my way as if the roads were perfectly clear. That car was amazing in bad weather!
-
Car - Jeep Eagle Talon ... with top of the line snow tires. Truck - good old army "Deuce and a half".

Both my Scion xBs have been great in the snow.
