    Do all of the typesetting yourself. It will also depend on the type of binding you are using, how many do you plan on making?

    My church is doing a cookbook and we are using Morris Press. If you do the typing yourself there are many ways to save $. They have seasonal coupons to help you cut costs and the printing gives you extra to offset cost too.
    If you do this be sure to register online to do the typensave - not from the disc they will send you. They also have unique and numerous book covers and matching dividers, etc.
    I think you will find the prices unbeatable.
