No it has to have coco solids in it to be chocolate. They do have sugar and milk free, just read the ingrediants. The carob fruit has been used as an alternative. No comparison. If you want less milk and sugar, eat darker chocolate or unsweetened chocolate. Once you learn to tolerate the bitterness (chiver) no one will ask to take a taste of your chololate. The scientific name for chocolate is Theobroma cacoa. Linneas gave it that name and is a translation of the Aztec word for chocolate.
