What is the fastest street legal car, not a production car, and how many horses does it have?

    Most street legal cars have no posessions and even fewer own horses. Horses are notoriously expensive animals to keep and the high fuel consumption of fast road cars rules out the possibility of having pets.
    Further more, as an inanimate object, a car would find it difficult to acquire any personal belongings and raises some interesting issues probably better suited to the 'legal' section.
