Probably Drew Carey. Some of his stand-up was decent but his TV performances and his series rather suck.

George Lopez. He is blatently racist and isn't even funny about it. During his comedy show, American Mexican (or something like that) I laughed...once. It wasn't that good of a laugh either. I was looking for funny stuff in it too. At least Carlos Mencia has some rituous lines, like when he goes out on the streets and talks to people about racism. It's very telling.

I was going to say Chris Rock... but I hate Sara Silverman even more. She is not funny. I find her appalling and talentless. What she needs is an old fashion arse whooping, in my opinion.

This could be a long list, but I will say Adam Sandler and Jerry Seinfeld immediately come to find. I don't find either guy funny AT ALL. Zero.
