I find the single BEST place to find and reconnect with old friends and classmates is www.Myspace.com Its free, and has the largest, easiest way to network with people. It can even work like a free dating site if you're single, which is a plus for those looking for companionship as well. Myspace is easy to get into, and allows you to construct a very in-depth profile and find your old friends quickly and easily.

Try also www.wayn.com www.friendsreunited.com (mainly for old school and college friends but they have a workplace section now, too)
