  • you can't specifically target an area to lose fat the body just burns it without asking you first! general cardio would b a good start then maybe some work on a cross trainer to tighten up the area to help once the fat starts reducing.
  • Exercise alone will be an uphill battle, a low fat balanced diet with appropriate calorie intake for your weight is crucial to losing fat. Cut out all white flour and sugar if you can. Pilates and a cardio exercise would be my suggestion for a fast track fat removal.
  • You can do exercises to build muscle on your hips, but you cannot target an area for fat reduction. To lose weight, calories = calories = calories, (that's a lie of oversimplification, not all calories are equal) no matter the body part.
