Help answer this question below.

I went to the chapel tonight to pray and talk to God. I was alone and I was fine but then the fear of seeing an angel appear freaked me out. I always had a fear of seeing an angel. Do angels just appear out of nowhere?

    I feel certain that in the event that you were approached by an angel, you would feel lots of things, but not fear.

    I believe it is possible to see angels but I also believe you are as likely to see an angel in a supermarket as you are in church, temple, mosque, ect. Angels are everywhere. Personally I have never seen with my eyes but I have seen them in meditation and I have preceived them. Which is a little hard to explain except that sometimes you know something is there w/o actually seeing/hearing it. Usually however angels work through people rather than allowing themselves to be seen. This is for the very reason that you talk about. Many people would become very afraid if the saw and angel. So angels work through other people.

    You would get better answers if you talked to Our Father, or Jesus. I saw an angel's hand once. Of course Angels come out of somewhere. The spirit realm, perhaps. It would have to be a special event, I think, for an angel to visit you at chapel. Certainly the Holy Spirit could visit you, instead.

    No,. people don't see angels. You get your answers in other ways, like thoughts, things that happen, by reading something, learning something.

    That was a phobic reaction to unknown. You don't have to fear, you can do something about it. Try to find a good hypnotherapist. They are good in treatment those kind of conditions.

    (Unless you like to be scared - lots of people do).

    I realize that this question was asked quite some time ago.. but as I just came across it.. I really want to answer this !! Through past experience I do have some Knowledge about this subject.. Angel's are very very Real.. they will not go where they are not invited or wanted.. the only time an Angel will intervene without being asked is in the case of an Emergency.. No worries.. Angels will not Appear to you, they know your fear of them.. they will never want to frighten you in any way.. I choose to have contact with them.. we all have one or more Guardian Angels assigned to us. They are Pure Love !! Hope this helps some !! Blessings :)
