i dont no i havent washed my hair since july but aparently after 6 months or 3 months or sumthign the natural oils make it wash it self if thats anyhelp?

I would believe so, otherwise dandruff would be nonexistent... I think.

Yes. That is why people get shaved in the area they will be getting operated on before surgery. But please do not be concerned, good regular hygeine is more than enough to keep germs at bay. We all need some germs!
