Are a morning ab-user,meaning you're mostly on during the morning,a afternoon ab-user,meaning you're mostly on during the afternoon,or a night ab-user,meaning you're mostly on at night?

    I'm a very late night/ very early morning user, typically. AB has singlehandedly ruined my sleeping schedule. Damn.

    I'm never on from 5 AM untill noon local time, that is when I sleep ... I am mostly on in the afternoons ... off and on a bit more (between teaching self defense & health science lessons) during evenings, and keep going back and forth between programming and AB-ing nights untill about 2 or 3 AM, sometimes a bit later.

    night - school during morning and work after noon till evening
    however - i have breaks between classes and if i get tired of reading my books i often find myself logged into AB

    Unlike a lot of people who operate on a 24-hour cycle (usually 16 hours awake and hopefully 8 asleep or what I call a 16-8 cycle) I operate on a 24-12 cycle so I'm really an all three ab-user. :D

    This question does not take into consideration that users are from all over the entire world. My night might be your morning, or afternoon for me is definitely morning for some other user.

    Personally, I am on roughly every hour from around noon until 2 am in my own time zone.
