soak a cotton ball or Q-tip in Hyrogen peroxide (known to my daughters as "the brown bottle") and hold it on the pimple (maybe rub it in a little). It will dry the pimple out and it should go away shortly. Great for getting rid of those very painful, backed up pimples too
