Nah. A simple congratulatory question is too run-of-the-mill for the likes of Sakhalinskii. Not his style at all, I would say. You see, Sak is an acquired taste- like fermented shark from Sweden. Only a few of us can fully appreciate him and his genius. Fermented shark is a delicacy- we shouldn't try to change it, just let it be what it is.
