That's a tricky question! All women have a different length vaginal canal. I can only handle up to 5 1/2 inches, some can handle a lot more. REMEMBER: avg penis length is 4 1/2 - 5 inches! So, for me, small is under 4 inches... but unfortunetly, for those women who can handle more, and HAVEN'T been with a guy who knows how to work his "smaller" package well, she'd probably think anything under 6 inches is small.

Well, I'm a white woman, but I don't see what that has to do with it... small is small no matter what you are. I would consider under 6" to be small. I've had some guys about that length that were pretty good with it, though. The ones I've had that were 9" and 10" were sometimes too overconfident. I would say that its more about the girth than the length anyway. To me too small would be less than about 5" and quite thin. BUT 5"- 6 1/2" with a larger girth is perfectly acceptable. 7+ is too big and uncomfortable.
