I can only answer in reverse, as I am a foreskin restorer. For sex, intact is better for two reasons: the penis is slightly more sensitive, and the feeling of the skin sliding up and down is very pleasurable for me and my wife. Orgasms are much fuller and more satisfying intact. The intact penis does have a slight male odor but it does not become unpleasant unless you do not bathe regularly. You can catch yeast infections from a mate if you are intact, but cleaning and a diflucan will get rid of it pronto. Sometimes my pubic hair will get tangled in my foreskin and pull, so I keep the bush moderately trimmed. Overall, the loss of pleasure is not worth the very slight improvement in hygiene. You can clean your penis, but you cannot have a five minute nerve-wracking full body orgasm without all your parts.
