Woody's. Think Woodpecker theme. Lots of gorgeous bare-chested men in tights and feathered thongs, serving at the tables which are made out of slabs of tree trunks. Leaves and branches hanging from the ceiling, foam nests for chairs. Free nuts on the tables for snacking.

Mine would be choosing your own ambiance, and switch back and forth from place to place with other patrons. One could be an Arabian Nights theme with billowing sheer curtains and tons of pillows everywhere, another one might be inner-city with industrial music and lots of brick and exposed venting and glowing glasses, another could be very goth, with thick velvet curtains, candelabras and mysterious areas to snuggle with your date!

Biker bar!
Dark wood. Motorcycle seats for stools. Waiters dressed in jeans, chaps and bare chested with black leather vests. Lots of good rock music, live band on weekends.
Beer would be served from a gas pump...oh the neverending ideas!

thanks for the answers, my theme bar would have a beach type atmosphere id have a wave machine were groups could rent by the hour and serve lots of cold beer and surf and turf got the idea from a bar in San Diego but it was so cool to see an actual wave machine while drinking and enjoying great food.

It would be called BYOB's and all you have to do is pay an entrance fee and get to enjoy the band, billiards or just relax at a table. Actually there would be no bar that separates the drinks from the patrons since they bring in their own drinks. The only condition is that no cans / bottles are allowed to leave the building. There would also be a little movie theater here playing movies for patrons of this cozy little hang out.
