I would say yes, there are times in which you do not have the time, desire or inclination to respond to an email. It has happened to me before, and still does.

Yes, I agree with royal77; it's just like writing letters . . . I have to force myself to write or answer them. My nephew is the same way. I tend to answer emails more quickly than letters though.

depends.....is he a beginner on a computer. I found out that most people who cant type fast right now dont usually like to respond to e-mails. Or they like to talk on phones better cause it takes less time to talk then to type...

If I were to use my husband as an example I would say it's normal for guys not to respond. (period.) Have you ever ask agou something and he just sits and stars at the TV or what ever? It's just part of the male DNA.
