thats a really hard one because there are a lot of annoying singers, but i guess it would have to be the lead vocalist for ac/dc. Not Bon Scott, but the guy that sounds like a freaking squirel that is gettin his nuts fried by high voltage.

I would have to cast my vote for Keyshia Cole. When I heard her warble the national anthem at some sporting event, I thought it was a joke a la Roseanne Barr, but she actually sounds like that -- annoying as hell, I say!!
