Hepatitis A, B,or C HIV/AIDS, hemophilia... I would imagine any blood born/blood related disease would prohibit you from donating.

Mostly HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis, I believe. I know that for awhile they were testing for West Nile too - they may still be doing that. I'm not sure as it's been awhile since my last donation.
