  • I've been an avid weightlifter for years. 5 small meals a day, protein shakes, creatine, cardio,- The works. So I'd say, yes.
  • No.I ,like every one else want to be healthy, but naturally.But I don't spend especially on what you've mentioned.
  • I'm not so much concerned about looks, necessarilly (except for being neat and clean all of the time), but my health is very important. Almost 4 years ago, I had been depressed and got really overweight, had high bp/cholesterol. I had tried to diet lots of times, but then I joined Weight Watchers and that really worked. I have lost 80 lbs and now have normal numbers. And, the weight loss did help me look younger...which is good as my s/o is 9 1/2 years younger than I am!
  • I haven't always thought this way, When I was younger I poisoned my body and appearance in many ways. Using drugs,drinking hard alcohol,smoking,tanning etc. All of these things have had a nrgative effect on my body that I see at present. To date, I have stopped doing all of those damaging things. Now I eat a nourishing diet, exercise and use a few cosmetics to make myself look pleasing. It is never too late to "invest" in my own well being. :D
