If she's insulted you should change doctors! You shouldn't be afraid of talking to your doctor about anything. Take your blood test result to your doc and see what she says, I'm sure she will be the best person to speak to about it. Good luck!

If that was a fasting blood sugar you need to find a doctor you feel comfortable with ASAP. A fasting blood sugar of 126 that occurs reapeatedly is diagnosed as diabetes.

Normal blood sugar level is from 5 to 7 mol. What i see from you grandfather's is that sometimes blood sugar llevel goes over limits, which in his case consider pre diabetes, that means he should take more action to keoop his blood sugar level under 7 mol. Look at the blood sugar level chart to check what is consider normal blood sugar level.

hi all well for me any thing under 150 is great im type 1 for 20 yrs Ihave gone threw he** with this Im just now getting under control I just got out of the hospital after going in for hi b/s not fun heaving for 3 days then food was no good it never is but doc did tests on both ends and said i have gastrtis,and a hemrod inside my colon he has ne now on a hi fiber diet and a iron pill and stool sof becuse of the iron my bood count was under 8 so they gave me blood andit wnt up to 10 . but now he changed my insulin from lantis to latumar he said it is like lantis and a much stricker b/s plan wow I never thought i could do it . val
