  • It will depend on your state, rizz. Sometimes if a murder is committed during the commission of a crime, anyone involved in the crime can be charged with the murder. You could also be charged as an accessory. Surely the prosecution is going to level as many charges as possible and then see which ones stick. If this is a personal question and you made the unfortunate decision to rob someone, you really need to consult an attorney so you know your rights and have proper legal representation.
  • Why can you not be charged with felony murder? As for being charged with conspiracy or being an accessory, that depends on your involvement in the murder.
