Absolutely nothing. The correct etiquette is for everyone present to politely pretend that nothing happened. Anyone calling attention to this event, including the "culprit," is extremely rude and ignorant. I don't make the rules, but I know about them! (From Miss Manners and other etiquette experts) People are human. We have no control over such events. Let it pass (heh) unremarked.

Passing gas is totally natural human function. Mostly I would ignore it till I knew them better, unless they had been eating beans in which case I may politely mention how warm it is and could they open a window.
