In pokemon emerald after I beat elite four the game ends.Maybe its because I use gameboy emulator on pc,not original gameboy?How to continue game after beating elite four?

When you Beat the E 4.. its suposed to go to credits.. and end the only way to change it is to re program it. after the credits load and you can continue more. and do the after the E4 stuff.

in other ways, if u wanna continue with what u doing after beating the elite four. the step iss... BEAT THE ELITE FOUR !! and then when the last elite champion guy takes you to the credit room.... the games end. WAITTT TILL EVERYTHING IS OVER.. EVEN THOUGH YUR SCREEN SAY THE END!!!! wait still !" and then it should load to the beginning of the game saying new game or CONTINUE. click on continue and it should load yur file to YURRR room. save yur file !!!!!! under yur old file. next time when u open yur file it should already beat the elite 4 ! fyi... u can now continue and catch legendary pokemon =]

here's what u need to do. First u go to Option on the Menu Bar on the GBA system on ur PC. Then do this. Options>>Emulator>>>Save Types>>>Flash 128k. Then go the last fight with Wallace beat him. IN the last minutes when it says. DOn't turn of ur power. Saving... You wait and then turn in off. THen turn it on again. There u go. Problem solved. ( I got the same problem ^^). Hope that help.
