It varies from woman to woman and even from mood to mood. Like any human being, if a woman is tired and just wants to please her partner but would rather rest, the answer is often "please make it quick." However, on a wedding night between to seasoned lovers, it is probably almost offensive to not at least try to make it last as long as possible. Like many things, it requires a negotiation between the partners on the satisfaction of needs and wants. Some women actually prefer shorter sessions, while others like to get to an orgasm which sometimes means a longer session with certain men(or women).

I like for my husband to last it least 15 mins. But that just me.
