  • The politics of the Middle East have been unstable since the Crusades. It's geographical location makes it the perfect blending spot for Asia, Africa and Europe. Such a blending of different cultures, religions, societies, policies and people begs for instability. Recently, of course, the global fixation on steady supplies of black gold has been the cause.
