  • it's about calories and how much you put in vs how much you burn. i highly doubt it.
  • If you are not exercising regularly, that is the most likely reason. Alot of people today fall for all the diet crazes and products that are supposed to help you lose weight. What people fail to realize is that no diet is foolproof , and any that tells you you do not have to exercise is BS. It will either not help you lose any weight, or do damage to your body. Remember, the best diet in the world is the one connected to exercise and proper vitamin intake. Don't buy into all the diet hype. Those are just people trying to make money with a product.
  • Drinking water is so important for any diet. Try measuring it out before hand and putting it in the fridge. You need to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day because it helps the body metabolize protein. For some reason that Crystal Lite seems to stay with me and causes delays in my weight loss. I wonder if it's the artificial flavoring that does this.
  • i'm actually having the same problem, and trust me my workout schedule is not the issue. i walk 2 miles to the gym, staionarey bike for 1 hour, i lift weights for 30-40 mintues, than swim 20 laps and walk back. 6 days a week. it's actually addicting. 2 weeks I weighed myself I was 186. I stepped on the scale last saturday and I was 179ish... between 178 and 179 (i'm 5'8), goal weight is 165, i have a little muscle to me. than I started drinking crystal light because it takes like cool aid, and who doesn't like cool aid? Same workout routine, didn't miss one day, I have a couple of cheat meals a week, i had a footlong subway cold cut trio (i am on nutrisystem, so anything outside nutrisystem is a cheat meal for me), i split some sweet and sour chicken with my GF (who is also on nutrisystem, she's 115 trying to get down to 105...you can't tell her she isnt' overweight) and we split some nachos.... and I GAINED 2 pounds. this is news becuase the week I lost 7 pounds I cheated probablyt wice as much, but i drunk nothing but water. that week I had crackers, pizza, a smoothie, starbucks, all kinds of goodies, but i do a good job counting my calories still even when i cheat. doesn't go over 1500 a day. even now, my calories are not hitting 1500 a day and i'm gaining weight and the only thing i'm doing differently is the darn crystal light.
  • Well.. im 18 and i weight 185. I worked at a Nursing home at the age of 16 to this past June, working 11pm-7am. Well I started drinking Crystal Light, and in two weeks time, i lost 15 pounds, and I was 170. Then after I quit..I gained it back. but yeah, Crystal Light helps alot!! But, you have to walk, you cant just sit around all day and do nothing.
  • See the thing with a diet is the work out too...what did you do different the first week that you havent done this week besides the Crystal light!
  • I have been drinking Crystal Light for a week now. My Calorie intake is about 1000 to 1500 a day and i have lost 6 Lbs in one week. Crystal Light Helps A lot. Because your not taking in any soda or fake juice's. i'm the type that can't stand plain water so the Crystal Light fills in.
