Are you worried or anxious about something? Is something on your mind? Have you been eating or drinking anything different, especially later in the day? Have you changed your work out (if you have one) at all? It could be any number of things. It would probably be best if you talked with your family doctor about it. Don't mess around with insomnia!

you may just be chosing to fall asleep this late because you have adapted to it. have you been sleeping later? if this is a constant problem you may want to get a sleep study, insurance usually covers it. it not, take a couple tylenol PMs an hour before you actually want to fall asleep, and do this for like three days until your schedule is back on track. if your family has a history of sleep apnea (like mine), just do the sleep study thing. this will clarify if your problem is long term or just needs some fine tuning.

See a doctor...you may have a problem. If it bothers you enough to ask us, but you're not sure, go into a local clinic or something.
