Not necessarily. Mine used to be pretty low, but that's because I hardly ever used the points system. I normally only used it when an answer or question was truly outstanding, or really offensive. Now I'm much more free with them.

Well...a troll is someone who downrates just to downrate, so no, I guess not. BUT - if someone's "+ ratings given percentage" is below 50%, I draw one or all of the following conclusions: 1) he/she is extremely hard to please, or 2) he/she is new and hasn't rated much, or 3) he/she downrates the hell out of questions and answers.

Maybe not a troll but it sure means they like to downrate people and show their displeasure a LOT! Since the percentage is of the total amount of points they give, it's pretty clear they give as much as they take away points. I'd hate to be that negative about everything here. Definitely a glass half empty person.

Personally I believe anyone who has below 80% + ratings given is either: - someone who has very high standards - someone who's very sad - yes, a troll
