  • Whenever you have a negative thought or emotion you replace it with a positive thought or emotion. You keep doing this until it becomes a habit that you don't have to think about. You basically train yourself to live in the moment.

When you can learn to accept yourself, as you are, without judgment, and honor yourself as a divine spirit having a human experience (or not), then you can accept your lack of ability to control others, to control your environment, to control you life. The only thing you have control over is your reaction to what the universe presents to you. Once you learn to control your own reactions to the universe, you will have become free from the forces that seek to move and change you. When you move to another's force you are giving the other the power to move you. What is really happening is that you have accepted and adopted as your own the movement directions of another. Choose to control yourself, do not relinquish your power to control your own emotions...and you will learn to live in the moment, to enjoy a full, rich and rewarding life and to have honor with yourself and with your friends.
