Fliers, fliers, fliers everywhere. Join your local Chamber of Commerce and take advantage of their networking opportunities such as Business After Hours, etc. Find a couple local businesses to co-op advertise with, so you don't bear the burden of the entire ad expense, and do direct mail pieces or newspaper ad (weekend or when the grocery sales ads come out). Do a radio remote broadcast at your business. Have a drawing for a free whatever, but people have to come in to sign up. Sign up for a marketing/advertising class at your local community college, too.
