you can convert from the column to the floor quite easily. Go to www.bowtieoverdrives.com and its under 60 bucks including shipping.
it depends on how much you want to spend and your skill level. a muncie 4 speed tranny would be nice if you can find one. jc whitney would be a good place to start if you want to do on the floor. comes with instructions.
I need to know how to tune a rochester carb qudrajet it is a 4bbl it is for my 1975 chevy pickup or how many turns on the carb to get the right settings i talking about the fuel mixture. the motor is a 350 and automatic transmission th350

I have a 1966 Chevrolet pickup with a three speed shifter on the column. I would like to change it to three speed on the floor. Do I have to change the entire transmission or can I just change the linkage setup?
