Madam President, just like Madam Speaker is used for the Speaker of the House.

I usually hear "madam secretary" when a female cabinet member is addressing the press.

I don't think that being Preident would be prudent. If she became president, she would be Madam.

If George Bush is addressing her it will be something like, "your presidentialness"

It would be a sad day, and horrible 4 years, if she wins. However, I respect the office and would refer to her as President Clinton. Would Bill be called First Player than? Oh, shame on me!!!
