  • no, depends on severity, and if the place issuing the warrant is willing to pay to have you brought in from any where in the US...so, if you had a warrent from CA, for murder, and now are in NY, I'd say yes...its going to be there. But if you had a warrent for petit larceny (shoplifting) in CA, and now are in NY, Id say no, cuz they wont wanna pay all the money to have you brought back for something that small.
  • It also depends on what state the warrant is issued in. Georgia (and a few other states) enter warrants directly onto NCIC instead of their state's computer system. This allows all other states access to the warrant information. When a court or police dept enters the warrant, they must define the extradition limits set by the judge.
