well im 14 and i lift weights run and all that and it still is up and down 5-8 pounds a day or two.

I seem to be gaining and losing around 5-10 pounds at the most. When I got sick for a week and didn't do anything besides lay in bed, I gained around 4 pounds =/. Then lost it once I started going to the gym again.

I don't know, I don't really weigh myself, but I know it fluctuates. I'm guessing about 5-7 pounds. It really depends on how crazy my period is that month!

The average person can hold about 15 lbs of waterweight that can be shed with just sweating. unless your aqua man. but im sure he's not worried about his weight. he does get alot of exercise with the crime fighting and all...
