I would like to Give Sole custody of Myself to my mother, how do I go about doing this? (I'm 14 and currently living with my father, but I occasionally visit my mother)

    At 14 surely you could speak to your father and ask him if you could go live with your mother.

    I am assuming that there isn't a reason why your Dad has custody because you can't live with your mother?

    (assuming he isn't going anything abusive) only if your father says yes and agrees to it.

    Contact your family court advocate and talk to her. If you don't have an assigned advocate, ask for one.
