  • Take college classes. You get the college credits and double that number in high school credits, or at least I did.
  • A number of states have programs where during your senior year you can attend college adn receive both college and high school credit. Check with your guidence counselor.
  • Take college classes in college. You can enroll in evening classes, or arrange with your guidance counselor to make it in the daytime to a local college. Be sure if you're doing this, to take classes that will transfer to whatever college you plan to enroll in when you graduate. If you don't know, just take "normal" classes, not silly or obscure ones that a college may not accept as credit. Some colleges also give college credit for AP classes in which you get a certain grade (at LEAST a B, but normally an A) if your high school offers AP classes.
  • Find out which colleges accept enrollment of high school students. Your guidance counselor should be able to help you obtain this information.
