here is an easy way but time consuming-makes a good hobby-take one day a week and go to yard sales-you can buy stuff cheaply and if you choose well sell them on ebay-remember to charge for shipping and handling and you can do alright--hope this helps---enjoy the day

We already buy cheap. Budget is done (which is why I never have any money). And a second job is impossible with my current military schedule of 7 days on, 3 days off.

We? Does your s/o work? If not - I would consider discussing that possibility. I had to quit a sucky job where I had no money to literally making nothing to go back to school...so believe me, $87 a month and having to stay with my parents, I know what it's like.
