7 pounds.

What are cassava chips? I have never heard of them. I would rather watch round the clock Rosie O'Donnell before my diet consists of grapefruit, water and some unknown chips. Everyone knows how much I dislike Rosie.

Doesn't sound like you wouldn't get enough protein. You'd lose at least a few pounds though.

not enough to make you feel as thin as you want to and the longer you starve yourself the hard it will become as your brain decides that there is a famine occurring and takes the appropriate steps to counteract the lack of food. It won't work, never has never will so I'd forget this idea and take up swimming or something similar instead.

I would say 5 to 10 lbs. Doesn't sound too healthy tho.

You'd probably lose a bunch of water weight, but you wouldn't keep it off. quick fix, crash diets (and all those ridiculous pills) don't work. I've tried a few. you lose some weight. you go back to eating the way you used to. it all comes back on. You HAVE to change to a healthy eating lifestyle. none of that quick-fix garbage. I tried several things that didn't work. Then I joined Weight Watchers. Not only have I lost and kept off 80 lbs, but I now have normal blood pressure and cholesterol. Talk to your doctor. Almost any doctor will tell you Weight Watchers is the healthiest, most sensible and successful diet there is.

Crash dieting like that is really unhealthy. You'll end up malnourished. Your weakened immune will open you up to colds, flu, and possibly worse. Instead, I'd suggest that you cut back on the portions of what you already eat. If this is about you, your picture looks like you're pretty slender already. You also might want to talk to your doctor about dieting options if you simply want to maintain your weight.
