They are stupid. There is no statute of limitations on murder.

most criminals are not very intelligent. When you go to prison, they give you tests. The inmates who score very low on the intelligence tests are put together. They tend to get into more trouble than the smarter ones. I tried to find some articles on this, but I cant. But, i have heard this before and i know a friend who went to prison for drugs and he said this.
