I dont ever recall going to the site so I have to answer not at all.

I usually have a look before going to see a film. While I wouldn't depend on it, I have actually found it pretty accurate once it has got enough reviews. Anything that doesn't score 80% will almost certainly disappoint, anything (of the sort that I like) that scores 90% will be good.

I don't, but it's fun to browse through and find negative reviews for some of the mainstream films that everyone loved but were actually really tired and horribly American (i.e. The Incredibles, Transformers, etc).

Like Slothmister I've never been there so in answer to your question..... I don't rely on it at all.
